Kids to learn from
Just look at her, her TED talk is so energetic and determined, such a clearity in thoughts (even if she is reading from the paper).
Wish I could elaborate and talk in front of a crowd on this kind of topics, being 10 or 12 years old.

Time for a TED movie.
In this one Simon Sinek is talking about inspirational leadership. A very simple framework proposed, which comes with effectiveness and action. I already started to use the circles.

I reckon myself, if I start to talk about my ambitions, on the long period I have less determination to complete them.
Also, this goes hand-in-hand with what my mother keeps saying: “Don’t claim something before you jump”. In other words, keep the goals to yourself and abstain from “commercializing” them and see the outcome, and after that start speaking about it.

This TED movie truly deserves to be the most watched TED clip.
It makes me think if someone succeeds to connect just with the right part of the brain (responsible for creativity) or just with the left part (the one that manages the analytical tasks).
Nowadays, living in the knowledge economy, the left side rules. This will not be enough soon.
