Ik heet Tudor en ik kom uit Roemenie

I started 6 weeks ago a Dutch course and it is going pretty well. Actually, next week I will have an exam.

I should have done it from the first day I got to the Netherlands. Instead, I spent a year learning German (which by the way I almost forgot it).

Knowing the language of the adoptive country has many benefits that I didn’t see.

Now, I feel more integrated at my work, in Amsterdam or when I go to Albert Heijn (the most famous grocery store in the Netherlands). It also handy to realize when Dutchies talk about you and your work :)

Wherever you are doubting of being in a foreign country and not home, start learning the language and you will experience better moments.

Met vriendelijk grote, Tudor
